Shipping guarantee
A shipping guarantee is available for supported orders. If the delivery date is missed, usually at the 60-day point counted from when the package leaves the warehouse, a full refund may be offered.
Peak periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas can extend delivery windows because of customs capacity and destination pressure.
Coverage notes
Coverage exclusions include Sudan, South Sudan, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and Crimea.

Shipping method & fees
Packages are delivered through Beegodrop in-house shipping methods and aligned to the destination and service level selected for the order.
Shipping fees depend on the method used and the destination. Quotes are typically provided by the customer success manager.
Payment
PayPal and Payoneer are currently supported. The operating model is prepaid settlement, with more detail available from the assigned customer success manager.
