  • IOSS&VAT solution: An IOSS number is required during import to EU. How do you solve this problem?

    Your packages will be sent via a DDP (delivered duty paid) delivery method. The import tax is handled by us. The quotation you received is an tax-included price. For further discussion on your book keeping issue, consult our customer support to arrange for a free consultation appointment.

  • Store Integration: I do dropshipping through Woocommerce and ebay. Can you help me with the product procurement and shipping process?

    • Woocommerce/eBay/Etsy/Amazon/etc. - Integration is readily available, consult our customer support for more detail. 
    • The orders from the stores mentioned above will be synced seamlessly/automatically, processed, undergo product inspections, pick & pack and shipped.

  • Shipping Time: What is your shipping time? USA, Canada, UK, Australia and European countries?

    Note: We carefully choose the last mile delivery partner to ensure a high delivery success rate to avoid disputes & chargebacks.
